Calvert County Permits

What do I have to do to open a “Watering Hole” in Maryland? A bar, with or without food.?
It will be in Calvert County if that helps. I’m looking for licensing, permitting, requirements, limitations, any help or direction you can provide.
Found this in a quick google search. It is a link to the Restaurant Association of Maryland’s web site which will show you the various licensing agencies you need to work with. This is a valuable resource. No offense but if you can’t find stuff like this online on your own (it took me all of 40 seconds) you may want to look into some classes at your local community college before taking the plunge. A restaurant/bar startup requires a lot of research.
